We are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care in a timely manner and dedicating ourselves to every aspect of your experience with us. For this reason, we have implemented the following appointment and cancellation policy. We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to the service cost. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full service amount. • If you are late, we reserve the right to shorten your service due to timing. You will still be charged for the original service booked, not the shortened service performed. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be canceled and charged in full if there is not enough time remaining for the appointment. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy, as it helps us provide the best possible experience for all clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following: • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds on services. • Deposits must be paid or the appointment may be canceled. • Please no extra guests. • Please ensure proper hygiene before your appointment. • Please review all pre-care instructions before your service. Payment Plan Policy (Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna): If using Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, or any payment plan option, a deposit/cancellation fee will still be charged if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled late, or considered a no-show.
